Hub help

utahyouthbaseball.org is the network. Each club also gets its own team site. This page is only the hub.

Save it on a phone

  1. Open utahyouthbaseball.org in Safari or Chrome.
  2. iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen.
  3. Android: menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.

Request a club

  1. Click Request a club.
  2. Club name, city, age, coach name, email, and a coach password.
  3. Page name is the web address, like mudsox-9u. Leave it blank to let us make one.
  4. Submit. You get an email when the club is approved.
  5. That email has the club page, coach login, and team site links. The password is the one you typed. It is not in the email.

Clubs

  1. Clubs groups teams by club, then by age (9U, 10U, and so on).
  2. Website opens a club’s old site, if they added one.
  3. The age pill opens their team site on this hub.
  4. Coach login asks for the coach password every time.
  5. After login: upload logo, handbook, waiver, and CPR. Colors come from the logo. CPR adds a heart on the club card.
  6. Add team makes another age under the same club login.
  7. On July 31, an age pill moves up one year only if the team is at least 12 months old. 9U created in May stays 9U until the next July 31.

Find/Post Players

  1. Parents post a player: first name only, phone, birthday, city, travel distance, positions.
  2. Age group is set from the April 30 cutoff. It moves up after a birthday year.
  3. Coaches browse by age. Phone is on the card so you can call.

Find scrimmage

  1. Anyone can read the board. Posting and claiming need a club password.
  2. Post: pick your club, type the coach password, age, date, time, park, city, home or away, your name and phone.
  3. A 9U post can be claimed by 8U, 9U, or 10U. Same one-age window for every group.
  4. Claim: pick your club, password, name, and phone. You cannot claim your own post.
  5. Both coaches get an email. Either coach can release the claim or cancel, with their password.
  6. Open posts expire the day after the date.

Leagues/Tournaments

  1. Open a league to see its home page and notes.
  2. Coaches can post a tryout, tournament, or league note on that league’s page after the club is approved.

Compare stats

  1. Compare fills in after coaches upload GameChanger stats on their team site.
  2. Filter by age and stat. Your player is ranked against other Utah uploads in that age.
  3. No upload yet means that player is not on the board.

Password reset

  1. On coach login, use Forgot password and the email on the club.
  2. Network admin approves the reset. You get the new password by email.
